Morgan Morrison is a  musician who has worked in the arts in many capacities over the years. She plays with the band Furnace Mountain, wrote music for and  performs in the musical, Orange on the Blue Ridge, and  has collaborated with countless artists over  the years. She  worked as the Program Director for the Barns of Rose Hill from 2012-2022,  was the volunteer coordinator for Watermelon Park Fest for three years, and has organized many local festivals, special events, as well as running a house concert series for five years. 

David Van Deventer aka Fiddlin' Dave is a multi instrumentalist,  tune/songwriter  and event producer.  David has played in a myriad of bands over the years including, The Woodshedders, The Larry Keel Experience, The Derailers, The Randy Thompson band, and many more.  David  was co-owner of Shepherds Ford Productions from 2004-2024, and organizer of  Watermelon Park Fest, Watermelon Pickers fest , and River and Roots fest.  He has also produced many events both large and small. 

Let us produce your event. We have produced shows for 100's of artists including Billy Strings, David Grisman, Charley Crockett, Loretta Lynn and many many more. Outside Festivals with camping and Food Vendors to indoor events, we have done it all! With 25 years experience working with booking agents, sound and lighting engineers, Artists  and venue owners there in not situation big or small we can't handle. We have a loyal and extensive network of dedicated music fans on our mailing list and social media who are ready to fill your venue and sell out ticket sales. 

Morgan and Dave are also the founders of the Furnace Mountain Band and Fiddlin' Dave and Morgan.
